I have over 35 years of experience from playing, coaching, and training.I owned and operated HIT, a training facility dedicated to specifically develop hockey players for 18 years. I have worked and consulted with junior and NHL teams, and most recently I worked in the Czech Republic with the KOMETA Brno pro hockey team in the Extra league. I develop players in the areas of fitness, nutrition, on ice skill training, and mindset. This includes counselling them through the difficult decisions and failures they will inevitably encounter in their hockey careers.
